Most of our customers are buying property in Dubai for investment in order to grow their money and get rental income. In the future they may resell it, keep it as an investment property, or switch it to an own use property if they re-locate to Dubai. The process of buying investment property is simpler as there is no involvement of third parties and everything is agreed between us and the buyer.

This will depend on your budget. The only choice is between a Studio or 1-bed. We do not offer larger properties for investment as the rental yields are lower. You should be able to provisionally select an investment property on the basis of information on this website and then fine tune and finalize your selection after discussions, receiving documents and property viewing. Let us also know if you wish to consider plan B - where 25% of the property can be paid by the rent - effectively giving you a 25% interest free mortgage that you do not need to pay back!
Decide who will be the owner (single owner or joint ownership). Provide ID information (passport copy and address ID. As we get many 100's of enquiries, we need this information before we can send you specific details, draft agreements and arrange viewings.
Once we have your ID information, we can provide specific information and a draft agreement that contractually lays down the process, terms of the guaranteed rent and the payment plan. For investment properties this is the important step. The viewing visit is then a confirmation of the information provided. If on the basis of the information provided you do not wish to purchase - then there is no point in arranging viewing as the viewing will just confirm the information given. For own use property, personal factors are more important and a viewing is essential.
We can only arrange viewing by our own staff once we have the customer ID information and we have provided full details to the customer. Let us know your visit dates, hotel and contact details whilst in Dubai. Our staff will arrange to show you the selected properties which will be rented out.
After you visit to Dubai you can decide whether to proceed with a purchase or not. Sometime customer proceed with a purchase by paying 10% to secure the current price but visit Dubai at a later date to view their investment property.
Once you are happy to proceed, you can sign the agreement and make the first 10% payment into the client account. Obtaining of NOC documents and transfer of title deeds can take 6 weeks and normally we would obtain a POA document to enable transfer of title deeds from us to you at Dubai land department. This document can be signed in the UK or in Dubai. Our staff provide help with this process.
We represent you as the buyer to get the title deeds transferred from us to your name at Dubai Land department. After this we can get the originals deeds to you.
You will continue to make the payment to us as per the agreement
We will manage the property on your behalf and pay the net rental income into your bank account in Dubai, UK or your own country.
For "own use" properties, we can offer advice and guidance and refer to local companies specializing and best suited to deal with the type of property you are looking for. You may be looking for a large multi-bed apartment or a Villa. Only buy such a property if you definitely plan to use it yourself and are relocating to Dubai right now. If you are not sure - buy an investment property or multiple investment properties instead and resell them later if required to get an 'own use' property. Although there are exception, an 'own use' property will typically cost more, have lower rental yields, more running costs, higher risks, be harder to resell, and have lower capital growth than the commodity low cost Best Buy investment properties located in high rental demand residential areas.
